Abstract

Prolanis merupakan suatu sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan pendekatan proaktif yang dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi yang melibatkan peserta, fasilitas kesehatan dan BPJS kesehatan dalam rangka Pemeliharaan kesehatan bagi peserta BPJS kesehatan yang menderita penyakit kronis untuk mencapai kualitas hidup yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan, sikap dan keyaninan dengan ketidakikutsertaan penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 mengikuti program prolanis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja puskesmas batu nadua kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 234 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang dengan penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis dengan chi square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga, sikap dan keyakinan dengan ketidakikutsertaan penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 mengikuti program prolanis (p value 0,041; 0,039; 0,017).  Diharapkan kepada penderita diabetes agar selalu memanfaatkan dukungan keluaga serta memiliki sikap dan keyakinan yang positif agar pemanfaatan program prolanis demi terjaganya kontrol glikemik yang optimal.
