HUBUNGAN USIA DAN LAMA MENDERITA DM DENGAN KEJADIAN DISFUNGSI EREKSI PADA PASIEN PRIA DM DI INTERNA LAKI-LAKI RSUD KOTA PADANGSIDIMPUAN TAHUN 2020

Abstract

Disfungsi ereksi pada penderita diabetes melitus disebabkan oleh kerusakan saraf perifer (neuropati perifer) akibat tingginya kadar glukosa darah yang berkepanjangan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia dan lama menderita DM dengan kejadian disfungsi ereksi pada pasien pria DM di interna laki-laki RSUD Kota Padangsidimpuan tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasionaldengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian melibatkan 31 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan accidential sampling.Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan usia dengan kejadian disfungsi ereksi dimana p=0,004 serta ada hubungan lama menderita DM dengan kejadian disfungsi ereksi pada pasien pria DM di Interna Laki-Laki RSUD Kota Padangsidimpuan tahun 2020 dimana p=0,001. Diharapkan bagi respondenagar agar meningkatkan informasi tentang faktor-faktor risiko kejadian disfungsi ereksi dan melaksanakan upaya pencegahan terhadap berbagai macam faktor risiko terjadinya DM.
