Abstract

Adolescents need balanced nutritional intake to optimize growth, but the fulfilment of fruit and vegetable consumption in Indonesia is currently still very low. The low level of balanced nutrition behavior is one of the reasons for the lack of adolescent knowledge level and the limitations of interesting educational media. This study aims to determine the feasibility of balanced nutritional behavior flashcard media as an educational medium for adolescent based on the assessment of material expert, media expert, and users. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with an evaluative approach which will be carried out in May 2026. The research subjects consisted of one material expert, one media expert, and four high school students as users, with instruments in the form of Likert scale assessment sheets 1-5. The data obtained was the analyzed by calculating the average percentage of media eligibility scores. The result showed that the validation of material expert obtained a feasibility score of 100% (very feasible), the validation of media expert of 94% (very feasible), and user tests of 85,5% (very feasible). Overall, flashcard media received an average feasibility percentage of 93,2% so that it was included in the category of very feasible with the recommendation to improve the media through the addition of household size information (URT) and an increase in image resolution before being widely used in health promotion in schools.
