Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global dengan tantangan utama berupa kepatuhan pengobatan yang rendah dan keterbatasan metode pemantauan respons terapi. Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya digital adherence technologies (DATs) dan pemantauan berbasis perangkat seluler, menawarkan pendekatan inovatif dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan dan evaluasi pengobatan TB. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas, penerimaan, serta tantangan implementasi teknologi digital dalam pemantauan pengobatan TB. Metode yang digunakan adalah telaah literatur terhadap beberapa studi eksperimental, uji klinis acak, dan studi campuran. Ada beberapa artikel yang terseleksi dari PubMed dan Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti pengingat berbasis SMS, medication event reminder monitor (MERM), pemantauan batuk berbasis kecerdasan buatan, serta insentif finansial melalui mobile money mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dan memberikan dukungan psikososial. Namun, tidak semua intervensi menunjukkan dampak signifikan terhadap luaran klinis seperti kesembuhan atau penurunan kekambuhan. Selain itu, ditemukan kendala berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, penurunan kepatuhan penggunaan teknologi dalam jangka panjang, serta isu privasi dan penerimaan pengguna. Kesimpulannya, teknologi digital memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pengobatan TB, namun memerlukan optimalisasi desain berbasis pengguna, integrasi sistem layanan kesehatan, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya terhadap luaran klinis.
