Abstract

ABSTRAK

Mobilisasi dini merupakan salah satu intervensi penting dalam mempercepat pemulihan pasien pasca sectio caesarea. Kurangnya aktivitas setelah operasi dapat memperlambat penyembuhan dan meningkatkan risiko komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas mobilisasi dini terhadap waktu pemulihan pasien pasca sectio caesarea di Ruang Perawatan RSU Mutiasari Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan posttest only control group design. Sampel berjumlah 30 responden yang terdiri dari 15 kelompok kontrol dan 15 kelompok intervensi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi dan dianalisis dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden pada kelompok kontrol mengalami pemulihan lambat (73,3%), sedangkan pada kelompok intervensi mayoritas mengalami pemulihan cepat (86,7%). Nilai rata-rata waktu pemulihan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 2,00 dan kelompok intervensi sebesar 3,33. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai p value = 0,000 (<0,05), sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan mobilisasi dini terhadap waktu pemulihan pasien pasca sectio caesarea. Dengan demikian, mobilisasi dini efektif dalam mempercepat pemulihan pasien dan perlu diterapkan sebagai bagian dari asuhan kebidanan
