KEPUASAN AKSEPTOR KB TERHADAP PELAYANAN KB DI KLINIK BERSALIN NELLY PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract

Pelayanan KB sangat menekankan pada aspek demografis, yaitu pengendalian angka kelahiran salah satu aspek utama dalam program keluarga berencana adalah kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Perbaikan kualitas pelayanan akan memperbesar jumlah peserta KB yang puas dan akan meningkatkan prevalensi dan menurunkan tingkat kelahiran (BKKBN, 2005). Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kepuasan akseptor KB dalam pelayanan KB di Klinik Nelly Padangsidimpuan Tahun 2018. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 73 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling. Hasil jawaban responden pada pelayanan KB, kemudian dibedakan menjadi 3 kategori, yaitu kategori tingkat kepuasan tinggi, tingkat kepuasan sedang dan tingkat kepuasaan rendah. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa orang (47%) akseptor yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan tinggi, (52%) akseptor yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan sedang dan (1%) akseptor yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan rendah terhadap pelayanan KB. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan akseptor KB dalam pelayanan KB, mayoritas tingkat kepuasan akseptor pada kategori sedang.
