Abstract

Bencana banjir sering kali meningkatkan risiko penyebaran penyakit menular di daerah terdampak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi penyakit menular seperti diare, demam berdarah dengue (DBD), malaria, dan penyakit kulit campak selama dan setelah bencana banjir di Desa Sipange Siunjam, Kecamatan Sayurmatinggi, serta mengevaluasi sistem surveilans kesehatan masyarakat di daerah tersebut. Studi ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Aufa Royhan menggunakan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu dengan case study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga yang terpapar pasca banjir yang dipilih secara purposive sampling sebanyak 22 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner pada Kamis, 19 Desember 2024, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi survei lapangan dan pemberian kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyakit pasca-banjir yaitu diare memiliki jumlah kasus tertinggi dengan 11 (50%) dari total kasus, menunjukkan bahwa penyakit ini paling dominan dalam data yang disajikan. Demam berdarah dengue menempati urutan kedua dengan 5 (22,73%) kasus, yang masih cukup signifikan dibandingkan penyakit lainnya. Malaria berada di posisi ketiga dengan 4 (18,18%) kasus, sementara campak memiliki jumlah kasus paling sedikit, yaitu 2 (9,09%)kasus. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk perbaikan strategi pencegahan dan penanganan penyakit menular pada situasi darurat bencana di masa mendatang.
