PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP REMAJA PUTRI TENTANG KEPUTIHAN

Abstract

Leukorea (keputihan) dikatakan normal bila tanpa gejala dan tanda lain yang menunjukan kemungkinan adanya kelainan. Vagina yang normal selalu berada dalam kondisi lembab dan permukaannya basah oleh cairan/lendir. Dalam keadaan biasa, cairan tidak sampai keluar namun belum tentu bersifat patologis. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan besar sampel sebanyak berjumlah 190 siswa di SMA N 4 Kota Padangsidimpuan dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan cara stratified random sampling. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh sumber informasi tentang keputihan dari orang tua sebanyak 113 (62,8), distribusi frekuensi pengetahuan tentang keputihan  yaitu yang menjawab baik sebanyak 138 orang (76,7%), hasil sikap remaja putri tentang keputihan yang paling banyak menjawab sangat setuju (SS) terhadap sikap remaja puteri tentang keputihan dengan jumlah 101 (56,1%), distribusi frekuensi tentang keputihan yang menjawab sikap positif sebanyak 132 orang (73,3%), Dari hasil penelitian diharapkan agar dapat melakukan penelitian ini ditempat lain dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak, dan pada peneliti lanjut diharapkan dapat menggunakan desain korelasi yang dapat menjelaskan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang keputihan.
