Abstract

Pengguna Napza banyak dilakukan oleh remaja atau kelompok usia muda, hal ini tidak lepas dari sifat remaja yang mempunyai rasa ingin tahu yang besar terhadap Napza dan keinginan untuk mencobanya. Faktor lainnya seorang remaja menyalahgunakan Napza dikarenakan adanya masalah-masalah mental atau masalah psikologis yang terjadi pada dirinya atau dikenal dengan istilah psychological well-being. Disisi lain memiliki kecakapan health literacy merupakan kebutuhan seluruh individu sebab setiap individu selalu dihadapkan dengan situasi yang menuntutnya membuat keputusan yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan serta mengaplikasikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh health literacy terhadap perilaku pencegahan penggunaan Napza melalui psychological well-being sebagai variabel intervening pada remaja SMK di Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang bersifat kausal dan dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri yang terdapat di Kabupaten Gowa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah siswa SMK Negeri yang terdapat di Kabupaten Gowa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 orang siswa berdasarkan rumus slovin yang dalam memperolehnya menggunakan teknik culter random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuesioner skala likeart dan untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah path analysis (analisis jalur). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung health literacy terhadap perilaku pencegahan penggunaan Napzah pada remaja SMK di Kabupaten Gowa dan signifikan, 2) terdapat pengaruh langsung psychological well-being terhadap perilaku pencegahan penggunaan Napzah pada remaja SMK di Kabupaten Gowa dan signifikan, 3) terdapat pengaruh langsung health literacy terhadap psychological well-being pada remaja SMK di Kabupaten Gowa dan signifikan, 4) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung health literacy terhadap terhadap perilaku pencegahan penggunaan Napzah melalui psychological well-being pada remaja SMK di Kabupaten Gowa.
