Abstract

Berdasarkan data di Provinsi Lampung diketahui bahwa penanganan penyakit menggunakan operasi mencapai 28.3%. Pelayanan anestesi merupakan bagian integral dari pelayanan perioperatif. Penggunaan teknik Anestesi spinal dapat memberikan dampak terhadap penurunan tekanan darah melalui blokade saraf simpatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hipotensi berdasarkan usia dan jenis kelamin pada pasien spinal anestesi di RSUD Dr H Abdoel Moeloek tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan Pendekatan cross sectional, Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kamar Operasi RSUD Dr. H Abdul Moeloek Lampung, dan waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1-30 September 2022 (Selama 1 bulan). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 responden dengan Tenik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi: obesrvasi dan studi dokumentasi dan rekam medik. Analisis data secara univariat adalah tekanan darah, jenis kelamin, usia menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian Sebagian besar mengalami Hipotensi berusia lansia awal berjumlah 23 (82,1%), dan sebagian responden yang tidak mengalami Hipotensi berusia masa remaja berjumlah 14 (73,7%). Dan sebagian besar responden yang mengalami Hipotensi berjenis kelamin laki-laki berjumlah 38 (86,4%) dan sebagian besar responden yang tidak mengalami hipotensi adalah perempuan berjumlah 27 (71,1%). Diharapkan agar dapat melakukan evaluasi dan menjadi perhatian bagi tenaga kesehatan mengenai Gambaran Hipotensi Pada Pasien Spinal anestesi, sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko lebih lanjut saat intraoperative.
