Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang merupakan penyebab utama kesehatan yang buruk dan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia, TB merupakan penyebab utama kematian dari agent infeksi tunggal dengan peringkat di atas HIV/AIDS. TB disebabkan oleh basil Mycobacterium tuberculosis, yang menyebar ketika orang yang sakit TB mengeluarkan bakteri ke udara, misalnya dengan batuk. Ini biasanya mempengaruhi paru-paru (TB paru) tetapi juga dapat mempengaruhi organ tubuh lain (TB Ekstra Paru). Sekitar seperempat populasi dunia terinfeksi M. tuberculosis dan dengan demikian berisiko terkena penyakit TB. Tujuan Penelitian: Faktor Yang Berpengaruhi Dengan Kejadian Tb Paru Di Wilayah Kerja Uptd Puskesmas Parumpanai Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian:  Responden penelitian yaitu pasien TB Paru dan pasien suspek berjumlah 51 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian analitik korelasi menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dan uji korelasi spearman’s rho menggunakan SPSS 26 for windows. Hasil dan Kesmipulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh status gizi p value = 0,610 > 0,05, tidak terdapat pengaruh income p value = 0,285 > 0,05, Ada pengaruh hygiene rumah dengan dimana nilai p value = 0,003 < 0,05 dengan nilai korelasi sedang, ada pengaruh kebiasaan merokok dengan kejadian TB paru di dimana nilai p value = 0,001 < 0,05 dengan nilai korelasi sedang, serta ada pengaruh riwayat kontak dengan kejadian TB Paru dimana nilai p value = 0,017 < 0,05 dengan nilai korelasi sedang. Saran: masyarakat lebih memperhatikan kesehatannya dengan menjaga asupan gizi, serta pihak terkait mengedukasi masyarakat akan bahaya merokok serta menjaga sanitasi lingkungan.
