PENGARUH TERAPI MUSIK KLASIK TERHADAP NYERI PERSALINAN KALA 1

Abstract

Penatalaksanaan nyeri persalinan kala 1 non farmakologis lebih aman untuk ibu dan janin karena kinerjanya yang melibatkan efek fisiologis, mengatur hormone-hormon yang dapat meningkatkan kadar endhorpin untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri. Terapi musik klasik merupakan salah satu teknik manajemen nyeri non farmakologik yang dapat membantu pendengar lebih rileks sehingga rasa nyeri efektif berkurang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh Pengaruh Terapi  Musik Klasik Terhadap Nyeri Persalinan di Desa Lubuk Saban Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai tahun 2023.

Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan pra-eksperimental menggunakan metode one grup pre-post test. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus dan September 2023. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan Uji-T.

Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata nyeri persalinan kala 1 sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan terapi musik klasik yaitu sebelum  2.13 dan sesudah mendengarkan terapi musik klasik 1.70 dengan CI 95%, dan terdapat perbedaan  antara Lower  162 dan Upper 705 dengan nilai t = 3.261 dan  nilai p= 0,003,  (<0,005).

Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap nyeri persalinan kala 1 . Disarankan bagi tenaga kesehatan agar dapat melanjutkan penerapan terapi music klasik untuk mengurangi intensitas nyeri pada ibu bersalin kala 1 dan kondisi kesehatan lainnya sebagai upaya non farmakologik yang minim resiko dan besar manfaat bagi ibu bersalin.
