Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kelas ibu hamil merupakan kelompok belajar yang berisikan ibu-ibu hamil dengan jumlah peserta maksimal 10 orang. Peserta kelas ibu hamil sebaiknya ibu hamil pada umur kehamilan 20-32 minggu, karena pada umur kehamilan ini kondisi ibu sudah kuat, tidak takut terjadi keguguran, efektif untuk melakukan senam hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil terhadap persiapan persalinan di Puskesmas Batangtoru. Penelitian ini berjenis Kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi observasional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batangtoru yaitu sebanyak 112 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel 52 orang. Uji statistik menggunakan chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%  (α=0,05) diperoleh hasil berupa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (p-value=0,004<0,05), Sikap (p-value=0,003<0,05) dan Pekerjaan (p-value=0,001<0,05) dengan persiapan persalinan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kelas ibu hamil.

ABSTRACT

The class for pregnant women is a study group consisting of pregnant women with a maximum number of participants of 10 people. Pregnant women class participants should get pregnant at 20-32 weeks of gestation, because at this gestational age the mother's condition is strong, not afraid of miscarriage, it is effective to do pregnancy exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the participation of pregnant women in preparing for childbirth at the Batangtoru Health Center. This research is a quantitative type research with an observational correlation study design. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women in the Batangtoru Health Center working area, namely 112 people. The sampling technique was carried out randomly using the slovin formula, so that the total sample was 52 people. Statistical test using chi-square with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) obtained results in the form of a significant relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.004 <0.05), attitude (p-value = 0.003 <0.05 ) and Occupation (p-value=0.001<0.05) with preparation for delivery. The results of this study are expected to be input in order to improve class services for pregnant women.
